One install, many workspaces. Each client or subsidiary gets its own people, campaigns, brand and reports. Pricing is per seat across all workspaces.

Air-gapped and offline

Licences that never contact our gateway, with updates delivered as signed packages you apply by hand, are available on request.

Questions people ask before buying

What counts as a seat?

A person in the People list who can be targeted by a campaign or enrolled in training. Admin accounts, deactivated people and anonymised records do not count.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows or Linux server you already have, a mail relay or email API you can send from, and an allow-list entry for one host name. SQLite is included; MySQL is supported for larger installs.

Do I need the managed relays?

No. AI, SMS, voice and OSINT run through our gateway by default so you need no provider accounts, but one setting keeps them in-house with your own keys, or off.

What happens when the licence lapses?

The install shows a licence screen and stops sending. Your data stays in your database; nothing is deleted, and export works.

Is there a cloud version?

No. Phosigil is on-prem only. That is the point of it.

Do you offer a DPA or BAA?

Yes, for the optional Managed-mode relays. For the default configuration no employee data is transferred to us, so there is nothing to process.
